Job Description:
A pre-requite knowledge on overall Order to Cash (Accounts Receivable) cycle.
Transactional knowledge of Receivable Management in the areas of - Creating-modifying customers on master data / Billing and invoicing / Cash management Application of daily banked cash, effectively managing on Account / Unapplied cash in accordance with Credit Control team and delinquent cash / Dispute management / periodical reconciliations and revenue reporting.
Work on stringent deadlines and extended hours during quarter and month ends.
Participate in prioritization, development, delivery and execution of new applications, system enhancements and technology implementation in cooperation with global business partners and Capgemini team.
To ensure there is proper coordination with the Sales and Finance teams on flow of information and to work closely with the Territory Finance team on collecting daily BOX Office inputs.
To ensure any systems related work is performed on priority as and when demand arise.
